REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES. a. If a Department Chair is relieved of the duties of Department Chair, the faculty member shall continue as a member of the faculty, with all rights and privileges of the faculty. If the change occurs during a semester and the faculty member is unable to pick up a full teaching load, the faculty member shall be given re-assigned duties by the Xxxx with the approval by the Vice President.
