Common use of Replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent. If the CM/GC terminates the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent or, if the CM/GC, for any reason, engages a Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent different from the one originally assigned to the Project, CM/GC must ensure that the replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent has similar qualifications and experience as the originally identified Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent. Furthermore, the CM/GC must obtain the Owner's prior written approval before engaging a permanent replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent.
