Replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent. If the CMR terminates the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent or, if the CMR, for any reason, engages a Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent different from the one originally assigned to the Project, CMR must ensure that the replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent has similar qualifications and experience as the originally identified Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent. Furthermore, the CMR must obtain the Board’s prior written approval before engaging a permanent replacement Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent.
