Basic Construction Services. This task consists of all services necessary for the administration of the Basic Construction Services of the project construction stage, and may include the following itemized services.

Basic Construction Services. 1. The CONSULTANT will not commence any work on the basic construction services of the PROJECT or any PROJECT phase or segment until he shall have received from the Director of Airports a written work order or notice to proceed for such PROJECT phase or segment.
