Replacing Key Personnel Identified on a Task Order. The Parties may identify key personnel by name in a Task Order. If Vendor needs to replace such personnel before completing the Task Order, Vendor will use good-faith efforts to notify Citizens’ Contract Manager at least ten (10) business days in advance of the change. Such notice will include a resume for the personnel filling the vacancy. Citizens shall be provided with a reasonable opportunity to review and approve any changes to Vendor Staff, and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate.
