Common use of Replenishment of Bank Clause in Contracts

Replenishment of Bank. The Sick Leave Bank will be considered depleted if its number of days on deposit goes down to thirty (30) days. In this event, each member of the Sick Leave Bank shall be assessed at least one, but not more than two days of their personal entitlement of sick leave, and such assessed days of personal sick leave shall be added to the Sick Leave Bank. Such assessment shall be by vote of the Sick Leave Bank Committee, but the Sick Leave Bank Committee cannot assess more than two (2) days of personal sick leave per member of the Sick Leave Bank in any one school year. Each employee will be provided a form indicating that the applicable number of sick days will be deducted on a date certain, unless said employee signs and returns the form prior to the date certain indicating that they no longer wish to be a member of the Sick Leave Bank.
