Common use of Report of Activities Clause in Contracts

Report of Activities. An employee to whom sabbatical leave has been granted shall cause to be sent from the office of the registrar notice of enrollment to the Superintendent, and, upon return from the sabbatical leave, the employee shall cause to be sent from the office of the registrar a copy of his/her transcript of courses enrolled in during the sabbatical leave.
