Report of Allowances. Within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the report required to be provided to Cedent by Reinsurer under Section 4.1 hereof, Cedent shall provide Reinsurer with a report of the allowances set forth in Section 3.3 in a format to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
