Common use of Report of Incident Clause in Contracts

Report of Incident. Should an employee be attacked, assaulted, or menaced by any person in the course of employment the employee shall report the incident to the site administrator who shall promptly report the incident to the police, as applicable, and the Deputy Superintendent. The District shall comply with any reasonable request for information in its possession relating to the incident and the persons involved.
