  • Design Professional to Design Work The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to design and to prepare the Contract Documents, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Contractor upon request. The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • Design Professional The architect or engineer or architectural or engineering firm selected by Owner (i) for the design and preparation of Contract Documents governing the construction of a Project, or (ii) for construction contract administration under the Contract Documents, or (iii) for both, all such services and the scope thereof to be set forth in the Design Professional Contract. The Design Professional is not an employee of the Owner but is engaged or retained by it for the purpose of performing design and construction administration services for the project. The term “Design Professional” includes architects, engineers, surveyors, designers, and other consultants retained by the Design Professional.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

  • Final Report The Recipient shall Prepare a Final Report for this Agreement in accordance with the approved Final Report Outline, Style Manual, and Final Report Template provided by the CAM with the following considerations: o Ensure that the report includes the following items, in the following order:  Cover page (required)  Credits page on the reverse side of cover with legal disclaimer (required)  Acknowledgements page (optional)  Preface (required)  Abstract, keywords, and citation page (required)  Table of Contents (required, followed by List of Figures and List of Tables, if needed)  Executive summary (required)  Body of the report (required)  References (if applicable)  Glossary/Acronyms (If more than 10 acronyms or abbreviations are used, it is required.)  Bibliography (if applicable)  Appendices (if applicable) (Create a separate volume if very large.)  Attachments (if applicable) o Ensure that the document is written in the third person. o Ensure that the Executive Summary is understandable to the lay public.  Briefly summarize the completed work. Succinctly describe the project results and whether or not the project goals were accomplished.  Identify which specific ratepayers can benefit from the project results and how they can achieve the benefits.  If it’s necessary to use a technical term in the Executive Summary, provide a brief definition or explanation when the technical term is first used.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
