Resume Acknowledgement Form When submitting a response to an RFQ the Contractor shall submit with its response a completed and signed Resume Acknowledgment Form (Contract Exhibit G) to the Customer for each staff augmentation person included in the RFQ response.
Risk Acknowledgement The Sub-Adviser makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any level of performance or investment results will be achieved by the Fund, whether on a relative or absolute basis. Staff and the Respondent agree with the facts set out in Part IV herein for the purposes of this Settlement Agreement only and further agree that this agreement of facts is without prejudice to the Respondent or Staff in any other proceeding of any kind including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any proceedings brought by the MFDA (subject to Part IX) or any civil or other proceedings which may be brought by any other person or agency, whether or not this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel.
Broker’s Acknowledgement ☐ - Broker has informed the tenant of the tenant’s obligations under 42 USC 4852(d) and is aware of his/her responsibility to ensure compliance.
Acknowledgement of Risk (a) The Purchaser acknowledges and understands that its investment in the Securities involves a significant degree of risk, including, without limitation, (i) the Company remains a development stage business with limited operating history and requires substantial funds in addition to the proceeds from the sale of the Securities; (ii) an investment in the Company is speculative, and only Purchasers who can afford the loss of their entire investment should consider investing in the Company and the Securities; (iii) the Purchaser may not be able to liquidate its investment; (iv) transferability of the Securities is extremely limited; (v) in the event of a disposition of the Securities, the Purchaser could sustain the loss of its entire investment; and (vi) the Company has not paid any dividends on its Common Stock since inception and does not anticipate the payment of dividends in the foreseeable future. LEVELS OF RADON THAT EXCEED FEDERAL GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN FOUND IN BUILDINGS IN MONTANA, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING RADON AND RADON TESTING MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE APPROPRIATE COUNTY OR STATE PUBLIC HEALTH UNIT.
