REPORTING A WORK RELATED INJURY. It is the responsibility of the unit member to report to his/her manager all work related accidents on the day of the accident. 10.2.1 In the event an accident is so serious that the unit member is unable to report it within twenty-four (24) hours, it shall be the responsibility of the supervisor of the unit member to report the accident to the proper authorities.
