If Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors are present at Purchaser’s premises, Contractor promptly will report in writing all injuries, accidents, property damage, near-miss incidents, or any claims regarding damages or injury involving Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors occurring at such premises. Contractor agrees to cooperate and assist in any Purchaser investigation of incidents.

While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements and not interfere with Purchaser’s operations. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access Purchaser’s premises will be adequately trained and at all times comply with Purchaser’s requirements. IT Security Policies. Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply with all Washington State IT security policies and standards which will be made available to Contractor upon request.

Employees shall record and report to the Care Home manager or other designated employee all accidents/injuries which occur arising out of or during the course of employment in accordance with the health and safety policy. Care Home managers shall take such action as is appropriate and will notify employees of this.

ACCIDENT AND INJURY REPORTING. 28.1 All employees must report to their supervisors all injuries that occur on the job as soon as possible. Delay in reporting injury can cause complication of the injury and delay recovery. In case of vehicular accident, serious injury, or fatality, the appropriate law enforcement agency, the supervisor and the Fire/Rescue Chief or Assistant Fire/Fire Rescue Chief shall be formally notified as soon as possible.
ACCIDENT AND INJURY REPORTING. All first-aid incidents should be recorded in the first-aid record book. Wherever possible staff should speak to the parent/carer concerned. When this is not possible a slip should be completed and sent home. Where a child has a serious injury or injury to the head, the staff member should inform the headteacher or senior teacher who will decide whether parents should be contacted immediately. All serious injuries should be reported to the headteacher or senior teacher. This is completed in the office. Calling the emergency services In the case of major accidents, it is the decision of the headteacher/senior teacher if the emergency services are to be called. If a member of staff is asked to call the emergency services, they must, 1. State what has happened 2. The child’s name 3. The age of the child 4. Whether the casualty is breathing and/or unconscious 5. The location of Circles Alternative Education Ltd., In the event of the emergency services being called, a member of the Admin staff OR another member of staff, should wait by the school gate and guide the emergency vehicle. If the casualty is a child, their parents should be contacted immediately and give all the information required. If the casualty is an adult, their next of kin should be called immediately.
