Reporting and Re-Performance. Customer shall report any deviation of the Professional Services from the Duty to Perform to SFDC in writing without undue delay during the SOW period and shall submit a detailed description of such deviation. SFDC shall re-perform the Professional Services within a reasonable period of time. Customer shall forward to SFDC any useful information available to Customer for the re-performance of the Professional Services.
