Operating Meetings During the early stages of the agreement, it is expected that the frequent operation meetings will be required between the service contractor’s manager and employer’s representative/s to discuss priorities to establish satisfactory reporting procedures. The contractor shall make the appropriate personnel available for attending all these meetings.
