Common use of Reporting/Flexibility Clause in Contracts

Reporting/Flexibility. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer may, during the Employment Term below, alter Executive’s job, position, and/or reporting responsibilities as he deems appropriate to the effective management of the Company. 2.3
