Common use of Reporting/No Work Clause in Contracts

Reporting/No Work. 1. Where an Employee reports for a shift and no work is available, such Employee shall be paid for a minimum of 2 hours and, in the event the Employee commences work, a minimum of 4 hours shall be paid.
