REPORTING OF CHILD/ELDER AND DEPENDENT ADULT ABUSE. 9.2.1 Contractor staff working on this Agreement shall comply with California Penal Code (hereinafter “PC”) Section 11164 et seq., shall report all known and suspected instances of child abuse to an appropriate child protective agency, as mandated by these code sections, and shall submit all required information, in accordance with the PC Sections 11166 and 11167.
