Reporting Place and Travel. Section 2.1 The Employer shall assign each employee a regular permanent duty station and a designated reporting place. The reporting place, designated by the Employer, shall be reasonably close to the permanent duty station as determined by agreement between the local Employer and local Union Representatives. Employees shall report at the reporting place at the commencement of the workday and after reporting shall be regarded as on duty. Travel between the reporting place and the work site shall be part of the employee's work time and any transportation necessary shall be provided by the Employer.
