Reporting Significant Developments. Outside Counsel shall notify Citizens immediately via e-mail of all significant developments that may affect the outcome of an assigned legal matter or that may cause exposure and expenses to vary significantly. Outside Counsel shall communicate via e-mail to Citizens any request for information from or any request for a decision to be made by Citizens relating to the matter.
