Reporting Timeframe. 1. Each year, the Council of the City of Sydney will send the Tenant an Annual Self Assessment Form which must be completed within the given timeframe (usually 6 weeks). The assessment will document the Tenant’s achievements for the past year against the General Performance Criteria and Specific Performance Criteria.
