Reporting to the Authority. The Company will submit a semi-annual report for Qualified Property acquisitions made from January 1 to June 30 on or before July 31, and for Qualified Property acquisitions made from July 1 to December 31 the semi-annual report will be due on or before January 31 of the immediately following calendar year; the semi-annual report must also meet any other requirement set forth in Section 10035 of Title 4 of the California Code of Regulations. Each semi-annual report will be accompanied by the appropriate Administrative Fee set forth in Section 10036 of Title 4 of the California Code of Regulations.
