Business Activity Report definition

Business Activity Report means (A) a Notice of Business Activities Report from the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation or (B) a Minnesota Business Activity Report from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
Business Activity Report means (i) an Indiana Business Activity Report from the Indiana Department of Revenue, Compliance Division, or (ii) a Notice of Business Activities Report from the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation, (iii) a Minnesota Business Activity Report from the Minnesota Department of Revenue, or (iv) a similar report to those referred to in clauses (i) through (iii) hereof with respect to any jurisdiction where the failure to file such report would have a Material Adverse Effect.
Business Activity Report means (a) a Notice of Business Activities Report from the State of Minnesota, Department of Revenue or (b) any similar report required by any other State relating to the ability of the Borrower to enforce its accounts receivable claims against account debtors located in any such state.
