Semi-Annual Report. Until the Partnership is registered under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the General Partners shall have prepared, at Partnership expense, a semi-annual report covering the first six months of each fiscal year, commencing with the six-month period ending after the Initial Closing Date, and containing unaudited financial statements (balance sheet, statement of income or loss and statement of Cash Flow) and a statement of other pertinent information regarding the Partnership and its activities during the six-month period. Copies of this report shall be distributed to each Limited Partner within 60 days after the close of the six-month period.
Semi-Annual Report. Xxxxxx shall, on a semi-annual basis, provide Icagen with a detailed written report of the status of any and all Development Compounds.
Semi-Annual Report. Each Party shall, principally through its Principal Investigator, provide the other Party with a written semi-annual report covering the progress of the Research Project within forth five (45) days after the last day of each semi-annual period of the Project Term, which report shall provide a summary of work performed and the results obtained in the prior semi-annual period and the work planned for the current semi-annual period.
Semi-Annual Report. For three years starting the first January 31st after Project Completion, the Awardee must submit the following information utilizing RUS’ online reporting system: existing network service improvements and facility upgrades, as well as new equipment and capacity enhancements that support high-speed broadband access for educational institutions, health care providers, and public safety service providers; the estimated number of end users who are currently using or forecasted to use the new or upgraded infrastructure; the progress towards fulfilling the objectives for which the assistance was granted; the number and geospatial location of residences and businesses that will receive new broadband service; the speed and price of the Awardee’s broadband service offerings; and the average price of broadband service in the Project’s service area.
Semi-Annual Report. For three years starting the first January 31st after Project Completion, the Awardee must submit the following information utilizing RUS’s online broadband collection system:
(i) new equipment and capacity enhancements that support high-speed broadband access for educational institutions, health care providers, and public safety service providers;
(ii) the estimated number of end users who are currently using or forecasted to use the new or upgraded infrastructure;
(iii) the progress towards fulfilling the objectives for which the assistance was granted;
(iv) the number and geospatial location of residences and businesses that will receive new broadband service, existing network service improvements, and facility upgrades;
(v) the speed and price of the borrower’s broadband service offerings;
(vi) the average price of broadband service in the borrower’s service area; and
(vii) the average price of broadband service in the Project’s service area.
Semi-Annual Report. The inspector general shall include in semi-annual reports to Congress a list of those investigations the inspector general decided not to conduct or continue under this paragraph.
Semi-Annual Report. Within 60 days following June 30 of each year, the General Partner will forward all Limited Partners an unaudited statement of net assets and financial operations as at and for the period then ended and the corresponding period of the preceding year (if any).
Semi-Annual Report. The Parent shall have filed a report on Form 6-K with the SEC disclosing its unaudited financial statements for the 6 months ended June 30, 2020.

Semi-Annual Report. Commencing on September 30, 2007, AcquisitionCo shall submit to the Administrative Agent a semi-annual written report on the status of (A) any non-compliance with Environmental Law, (B) any pending or threatened Environmental Claim, (C) any Remedial Action, and (D) if reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, other matters related to AcquisitionCo or its Subsidiaries compliance with Environmental Law, in each case of (A) through (D) above, that that, in each case, could reasonably be expected to give rise to liability of or expenditures by AcquisitionCo or its Subsidiaries of $3,000,000 or more. Such report shall specify in reasonable detail (1) the status of the matter including any significant developments since the date of the prior report, (2) any technical reports or material correspondence prepared or received relating to the matter, (3) the proposed plan for resolution or completion of the matter, and (4) the anticipated cost to achieve such resolution or completion of the matter. Subject to Section 5.9(d) below, at the reasonable written request of the Administrative Agent, AcquisitionCo shall provide the Administrative Agent with copies of all material documents related to such matters that are in its or its Subsidiaries’ possession or control; and
