REPORTS, AUDITS AND PERFORMANCE TESTS. Section 13.1 GENERAL (a) Upon written request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall promptly submit to the Town any information in such form and containing such information as may be reasonably requested by the Issuing Authority, which may be reasonably required to establish the Licensee's compliance with its obligations pursuant to the Renewal License. (b) If the Licensee believes that the documentation requested by the Issuing Authority involves proprietary information, then the Licensee shall submit the information to its counsel, who shall confer with the Town Counsel for a determination of the validity of the Licensee's claim of a proprietary interest.
