Reports by Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year (commencing with the year of the first anniversary of the issuance of the Securities), the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act (if any) in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after September 15 of each year (commencing with the year of the initial issuance of the Securities), the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act (if any) in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantor shall promptly notify the Guarantee Trustee when the Securities are listed on any stock exchange.
Reports by Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after June 1 of each year (commencing with the year of the first anniversary of the issuance of the Trust PIERS), the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the TIA (if any) in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the TIA. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the TIA. The Guarantor shall promptly notify the Guarantee Trustee when the Trust PIERS are listed on any stock exchange.
Reports by Guarantee Trustee. Not later than July 15 of each year, commencing July 15, 2018, the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports, if any, as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act. Any reports required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act shall be dated as of April 15 of the year in which such report is delivered. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Sections 313(b), (c) and (d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by Guarantee Trustee. The Guarantee Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Guarantee Trustee and its actions under this Guarantee Agreement as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Guarantee Trustee shall, within 60 days after each May 15 following the date of this Guarantee Agreement deliver to Holders a brief report, dated as of such May 15, which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a).
