Reports; Performance Review; Corrective Action. (a) Ridge Local Affiliate shall, wherever the parties agree to use objective data, utilize continuous measurement and data capture and shall prepare a reasonably detailed report with respect to the Service Levels) (each, a “Service Level Report”). Service Level Reports shall be provided to Client Local Affiliate on a monthly basis.
