Reports to Administrative Agent. The L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon each calendar month end, a report setting forth for such period the daily aggregate amount available to be drawn under the Letters of Credit that were outstanding during such month.

Reports to Administrative Agent. Each Issuing Lender shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and each other Issuing Lender a report in respect of each Alternative Currency Letter of Credit (each such report, an “Alternative Currency Letter of Credit Report”) on and as of the date on which (x) such Alternative Currency Letter of Credit is issued, (y) the issuance, renewal, extension or amendment of a Committed Letter of Credit, if any Alternative Currency Letter of Credit is then outstanding, and (z) the Revolving Commitments are to be reduced pursuant to Section 2.08, specifying for each such Alternative Currency Letter of Credit (after giving effect to issuance thereof, as applicable):

Reports to Administrative Agent. On the last Business Day of each month, and on such additional dates as the Administrative Agent shall require, the Canadian Facility Agent shall provide to the Administrative Agent such information regarding the outstanding Bankers Acceptances and BA Equivalent Advances (if any) as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (and in such standard electronic format as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably specify), for purposes of the Administrative Agent’s ongoing tracking and reporting of outstanding Tranche 2 Loans and Canadian Swing Line Loans.
Reports to Administrative Agent. Within seven (7) days after the end of each calendar month ending after the Closing Date, so long as any Letter of Credit shall have been outstanding during such calendar quarter, each L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth the average for such calendar month of the daily maximum amount available to be drawn under the Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer that were outstanding during such calendar month. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary herein, if any Lender is a Non-Funding Lender or Impacted Lender, no L/C Issuer shall be obligated to issue any Letter of Credit unless (i) the Non-Funding Lender or Impacted Lender has been replaced in accordance with subsection 2.9 or subsection 10.1, (ii) the portion of Letter of Credit Usage attributable to such Non-Funding Lender or Impacted Lender has been cash collateralized, (iii) the Revolving Loan Commitments of the other Revolving Lenders have been increased by an amount sufficient to satisfy the Administrative Agent that all future draws on the Letters of Credit will be covered by all Revolving Lenders that are not Non-Funding Lenders or Impacted Lenders, or (iv) the portion of Letter of Credit Usage attributable to such Non-Funding Lender or Impacted Lender has been reallocated to other Revolving Lenders in a manner consistent with subsection 2.1D(d)(ii).

Reports to Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report in respect of each Bilateral Option Loan (a "Bilateral Option Loan Report") by 2:00 P.M. (New York City time) on the date on which the Borrower accepts any Bilateral Option Loan, on the date on which any principal amount thereof is repaid prior to the scheduled maturity date, or on the scheduled maturity date if payment thereof is not made on such scheduled maturity date, specifying for such Bilateral Option Loan the date on which such Bilateral Option Loan was or will be made, such amount of principal is or will be repaid or such payment was not made, as the case may be, and the principal amount of such Bilateral Option Loan or principal prepayment or repayment or the amount paid. 3.20

Reports to Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each Fronting Lender and the L/C Agent shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly provide notice to the Lenders of the contents thereof) (i) on or prior to each Business Day on which such Fronting Lender or L/C Agent issues, amends, renews or extends any Letters of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letters of Credit issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and whether the amount thereof shall have changed), it being understood that such Fronting Lender or L/C Agent shall not effect any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the aggregate amount of the Letters of Credit issued by it without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that such increase is then permitted under this Agreement, (ii) on each Business Day on which such Fronting Lender or L/C Agent makes any payment on a Letter of Credit, the date and amount of such disbursement, (iii) on any Business Day on which any Borrower fails to reimburse any payment required to be reimbursed to such Fronting Lender or L/C Agent on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such disbursement and (iv) on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request as to the Letters of Credit issued by such Fronting Lender or L/C Agent.
