Reports to Grantor. If Grantee creates a Subject Invention, it shall report that fact to Government and Grantor. Xxxxxxx’s report to Grantor shall be treated as Proprietary Information in order to protect such information from being treated as a public disclosure.

Reports to Grantor. The Grantee will provide Grantor with two impact reports. The first shall be due no later than 90 days prior to the first anniversary of the grant. The second shall be due no later than 90 days after the first anniversary of the grant. All such reports shall be retained in the Grantee’s files for a period of not less than five years after expiration of the grant period. Grantor may, at its expense, monitor and conduct an evaluation of operations by Grantee under the grant, which may include visits by representatives of Grantor to observe the Grantee’s program, procedures and operations, and discussions of the program with the Grantee’s personnel.
Reports to Grantor. The Grantee will provide Grantor with periodic impact reports and financial reports as the same may be required by Grantor. In addition, Grantee will submit a project summary and a financial summary at the end of the grant period.
