Grant Proceeds definition

Grant Proceeds means all amounts paid to the Recipient under this Agreement, and includes all interest and other income earned from investment of these amounts;

Grant Proceeds means the total grant funding to be awarded by NYSERDA to Grant Recipient subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant Proceeds means the proceeds of the Hennepin County Grant and the Met Council Grant, as applicable.

• Withdrawal of Grant Proceeds (i) Authorized Signatures (subsection 3.1).

• If the Subrecipient has received full payment of the Grant Proceeds, any Subsequent DOB Proceeds shall be retained by DEO.

More Definitions of Grant Proceeds

Grant Proceeds means the amount of the Grant plus all interest or other return obtained by the Applicant from investing all or part of the Grant pending disbursement on the Project;

Grant Proceeds means the reimbursement proceeds received by the Issuer from any federal or state governmental agencies related to the aftermath of a hurricane or other natural disaster or other capital projects, including but not limited to, the (i) the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Federally Funded Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) for city-wide stormwater (M105), (ii) the CDBG-DR for city-wide wastewater (M0011), (iii) the CDBG-DR for city-wide water (M0101), (iv) the CDBG for public safety building (M0136), (v) the CDBG for public works building (M0153), (vi) the CDBG for wastewater treatment, (vii) the CDBG for Xxxxxx stormwater (M0139), (viii) the CDBG for hometown revitalization (M0047), (ix) the CDBG-CV (H2492), (x) the CDBG (MIT), (xi) the CDBG (MIT), (xii) the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Xxxxxxxx Health and Rehabilitation (43099-057R), (xiii) the CDBG for Xxxxxxxx Health and Rehabilitation (M0090),

Grant Proceeds has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.04(c).

Grant Proceeds means the proceeds of the Grant.
