Common use of Representation at Discipline/Evaluation Meetings Clause in Contracts

Representation at Discipline/Evaluation Meetings. In the event an administrator, supervisor or Board of Education requires an employee to attend a meeting for the purpose of disciplining said employee, the employee, upon request, may have an Association representative present. If possible, the employees shall be given prior written notice for such a meeting. All parties understand that some incidents require the immediate attention of a supervisor or administrator.
