Pay Days - School Not In Session. If a regular pay date during the school term falls on a weekend, employees shall receive their checks on the last work day prior thereto. During the summer, checks shall be mailed so they will reach employees on the appropriate pay date.

Pay Days - School Not In Session. If a regular pay date falls on a date when the school is not scheduled to be open for business, then the employee shall receive pay on the last workday preceding the scheduled pay date. During the shutdown period of any employee, the checks shall be mailed to the designated address of the employee and mailed in a timely fashion so as to typically be received by the pay date.
