The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee who is not a member of the Union the Union representation fee as provided in a written authorization in accordance with the standard form used by the Employer (see Article 7), provided that the said form shall be executed by the employee. The written authorization for representation fee deduction shall remain in full force and effect during the period of this contract and may be revoked only by written notice, given during the period 30 days immediately prior to expiration of this contract.
