REPRESENTATION FEE CHECK-OFF. A. The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee who is not a member of the Union the Union's representation fee, as provided in a written authorization executed by the employee. The written authorization for representation fee deduction shall remain in full force and effect during the period of this Contract.
