Representation/Frequency of Meetings/Subjects of Discussion. In addition to a Union Business Agent, Representatives of the Employer and of the Union, shall meet at mutually agreed upon times to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement, matters of safety and health, or other areas of interest as mutually agreed upon in advance. Such meetings may be held as frequently as both sides may agree upon, the duration of the meeting(s) will be appropriate for the subject matter. The number of attendees for either party shall be appropriate for the subject matter of the meeting.
Representation/Frequency of Meetings/Subjects of Discussion. In the event that a Labor-Management meeting is necessary, representatives of the Employer, the Staff Representative, and no more than two (2) bargaining unit members may be present at said meeting. The meeting shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time for up to one and one-half (1 ½) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement, matters of safety and health, or other areas of interest as mutually agreed upon in advance.
Representation/Frequency of Meetings/Subjects of Discussion. One (1) representative of the Union may meet with representatives of the Employer semi- annually at mutually agreed upon times for up to one and one-half (1 1/2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement or other areas of interest as mutually agreed upon in advance. More frequent meetings may be held upon mutual agreement of the Union and the Employer.
