Representation Rights and Responsibilities. The Union will be provided advance notice of, and an opportunity to be represented at all formal discussions between Management and employees concerning grievances, personnel policies, procedures and other matters affecting the working conditions of employees in the unit. At any such formal discussion, the Union representative may ask relevant questions and may make a statement of the Union’s position regarding the subject of the meeting. Use of the Government charge card (by Government employees only) is authorized for representational travel.
