Representation When Reprimanded. An employee shall be entitled, not required, to have present an Association representative while being reprimanded, warned or disciplined for any infraction of rules or delinquency in performance outside of the annual evaluation. When a request for such representation is made, no disciplinary action shall be taken with respect to the employee until such Association representation is present.
