Representations and Warranties as to Each Loan. (a) In connection with the establishment of each Series of Notes (other than the Variable Funding Notes), each of the Company and Epic will make the representations and warranties designated with respect to such Series. With respect to the Variable Funding Notes, each of the Company and Epic will make the representations and warranties in Section 2.3 of the Credit Agreement.
