Common use of Representations of Design-Builder Clause in Contracts

Representations of Design-Builder. The Application for Payment constitutes a representation by the Design-Builder to the Owner that (i) the design and construction have progressed to the point indicated; (ii) the quality of the Work covered by the application is in accordance with the Contract Documents; and (iii) the Design-Builder is entitled to payment in the amount requested.
