Design-Builder to Monitor. The Owner and the Design-Builder agree that the amounts so established will be monitored by both parties and used by the Design-Builder, with approvals as specified by the Owner, to provide for the cost of labor, materials, services, or equipment that are properly reimbursable as a Cost of the Work but that will not be the basis of a Change Order to adjust the GMP. The balances of all contingency funds will be returned to the Owner at the completion of the project. The Design-Builder will provide a full accounting of the status of the contingency funds to the Owner on a quarterly basis until the Project is completed, notwithstanding any change to a Lump Sum Price as permitted by Article 3.3.6.

  • CONTRACTOR NAME CHANGE An amendment is required to change the Contractor's name as listed on this Agreement. Upon receipt of legal documentation of the name change the State will process the amendment. Payment of invoices presented with a new name cannot be paid prior to approval of said amendment.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
