Representations of Redeveloper. 5 ARTICLE III OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY
Representations of Redeveloper. Approval is granted to the Redeveloper, the Certificate of Formation for which is included in the Application as Exhibit 2. The Redeveloper represents that its Certificate of Formation, (i) contains all the requisite provisions of law, (ii) has been reviewed and approved by the Commissioner of the State Department of Community Affairs, and (iii) has been filed with, as appropriate, the State Department of Treasury, all in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:20-5.
