Common use of Representative Access Clause in Contracts

Representative Access. The state agrees that accredited representatives of the Union shall have access to the premises of the state that are available to the public. If any area of the state’s premises is restricted to the public, permission must be requested to enter such areas and such permission will not be unreasonably denied. Such access shall be during the regular work hours of the employee and shall be restricted to matters related to the application of this Agreement.
