Representative of the Borrower Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Borrower is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.
Representative of Canadian Union The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such Representative(s) shall have access to the Employer's premises at a mutually convenient time with prior arrangement with the Employer in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance.
Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed.
Representative of the Borrower; Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Borrower is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.
Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.

Representative The employee, supervisor, or School Board may be represented during any step of the procedure by any person or agent designated by such party to act in his/her behalf.
Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Upon request, the Union representative or xxxxxxx shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents.
Designated Operating Representative The Parties may also designate operating representatives to conduct the communications which may be necessary or convenient for the administration of this Agreement. This person will also serve as the point of contact with respect to operations and maintenance of the Party’s facilities. Affiliate Use Affiliates’ Use of the Software, Documentation and other SAP Materials to run their internal business operations as permitted under Section 2.1.1 is subject to the following: (i) Licensee ensures that the Affiliate agrees in writing to comply with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) a breach of the Agreement terms by Affiliate shall be considered a breach by Licensee hereunder. If Licensee has an affiliate or subsidiary with a separate license or support agreement for SAP software with any member of the SAP Group or any other distributor of SAP software, the Software shall not be Used to run such affiliate’s or subsidiary’s business operations even if such separate agreement has expired or is terminated, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.
