Representatives and Personnel of Contractor. Additionally, Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the stability and continuity of Contractor’s staff and subcontractors, if any, assigned to perform the services required under this Agreement. Contractor shall notify City of any changes in Contractor’s staff and subcontractors, if any, assigned to perform the services required under this Agreement, prior to and during any such performance.
