Common use of Representatives of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Representatives of the Parties. 1. A change in the representatives of the Parties referred to in section 1 of this paragraph or their contact details shall not constitute an amendment to the Agreement. A change is made in the form of a notice served to the other Party in writing or otherwise it shall be null and void.
