The IAA Representative. 5.1.1. The Management Company is responsible, inter alia, for management of the Works to be conducted under this Contract, including supervision, control and inspection services, and the issuance of instructions and certificates, all as shall be required in order to ensure the successful completion of the Project. 5.1.4.2. The IAA shall transfer instructions to the Supplier through the Management Company. Any such instruction given by the Management Company shall be deemed to have been given by the IAA. The Supplier shall cooperate with the Management Company and will comply with its instructions. The Works shall be performed and completed to the satisfaction of the Management Company, and shall be subject to its inspection, at all times. 5.1.4.3. Notwithstanding the above and for the removal of doubt it is clarified, that the Management Company is not authorized to deviate from the provisions of this Contract, including alleviating or releasing the Supplier from any of its obligations and/or instructing the Supplier to perform any work that may delay the completion of the Works and/or make any changes to the Works and/or approve special payment that is not in accordance with this Contract, without the prior written consent of the IAA that was presented before the Supplier.
