Representatives of the Parties. 1.1 The Employer recognizes the PBA as the exclusive bargaining representative as defined in Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, as amended, effective January 01, 1975, for all Pasco County Correctional Officers in the bargaining unit as defined in PERC Certification 1716.
