REPUTABILITY. Lack of reputability shall be cause for revocation of an Agreement and shall include, but not be limited to the following: A. Misstatements concerning the conviction of any officer, employee or agent convicted of any felony when that person's civil rights have not been restored; B. Retaining any officer, employee or agent convicted of any felony when that person's civil rights have not been restored; C. Retaining any officer, employee or agent convicted of any felony or first degree misdemeanor directly related to the business and/or operation of a wrecker, when that person's civil rights have not been restored. For the purpose of this Agreement, any offense involving perjury, false statement or theft shall be considered to be directly related to the business operation of a wrecker.

  • Reputation 21.14.1 Layoff pursuant to this Article is not dismissal for cause and shall not be recorded or reported as such.

  • Habitability Tenant has inspected the Premises and fixtures (or has had the Premises inspected on behalf of Tenant), and acknowledges that the Premises are in a reasonable and acceptable condition of habitability for their intended use, and the agreed lease payments are fair and reasonable. If the condition changes so that, in Tenant’s opinion, the habitability and rental value of the Premises are adversely affected, Tenant shall promptly provide reasonable notice to Landlord.

  • Insurers The Contractor shall obtain insurance from insurance companies identified as an admitted insurer/carrier in the State of Washington, with a Best’s Reports’ rating of B++, Class VII, or better. Surplus Lines insurance companies will have a rating of A-, Class VII, or better.

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.

  • Recognized The days listed below will be recognized by the Company as statutory holidays, regardless of any conflict between these holidays and those declared as statutory holidays by municipal, provincial or federal statutes. New Year's Day Civic Holiday Good Friday Labour Day Easter Monday Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day When Canada Day falls on a Saturday it shall be observed on the following Monday. In the event that Boxing Day or New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, it shall be observed on Monday. Similarly, if Christmas Day falls on a Sunday, it shall be observed on Monday and Boxing Day on Tuesday. When Christmas falls on Tuesday, Boxing Day shall be observed on Monday. All regular and probationary employees shall be paid for statutory holidays. A statutory holiday falling within an employee's vacation period shall not be counted as part of his/her vacation but shall be taken as an extra day of holiday. Regular part-time employees will be entitled to statutory holiday pay provided that they:

  • Reliability Reliability targets (Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)) are defined in the technical specifications as set out in the Contract. Notwithstanding any possible application of penalties relating to reliability defined in the Contract, Goods shall remain covered by the warranty defined in this Article 16 as long as the reliability commitments have not been reached.

  • Sound Sound must be muted at all times unless permission is obtained from the teacher for instructional purposes. External earphones should not be used unless permission is obtained from the teacher.

  • Responsiveness The Contractor has provided an appropriate and timely response to each of the City’s requests.

  • Grievability Denial of a petition for reinstatement is grievable. The grievance may not be based on information other than that shared with the Employer at the time of the petition for reinstatement.
