Request for Negotiations. A. Negotiations shall be initiated by either party at least 60 days, but no sooner than 90 days, prior to the expiration of this agreement. B. A request from the Association should be sent to the President of the Board. A request from the Board should be sent to the President of the Association. C. Within one (1) week of the request, a mutually convenient meeting date shall be arranged. At the initial session, the parties shall exchange their detailed written proposals. No new items shall be submitted thereafter except upon mutual agreement of the parties.
