REQUEST FOR SERVICE REPAIR WORK. RESIDENT is to send out a written notice or email notice to MANAGEMENT for any necessary repair & maintenance items on the premise. MANAGEMENT is to provide repair & maintenance service within 3 to 7 days upon receipt of RESIDENT’s written notice. MANAGEMENT is not responsible to provide service to any damage beyond normal wear & tear or abusive usage caused by RESIDENT. MANAGEMENT is not responsible to open the house door or room door for the RESIDENT. There is a $20 surcharge to open the house or room door in the event that MANAGEMENT agrees to open the door for the RESIDENT.

  • Repair Services RIM, either directly or through its authorized service providers, will provide You with Repair Services using new or refurbished parts or a new or refurbished BlackBerry PlayBook. Any Repair Services under this Agreement are conditioned upon the return of Your BlackBerry PlayBook to RIM or a RIM authorized service provider (as set out in Your RMA form). In the event RIM provides You with a replacement BlackBerry PlayBook (an “Advanced Exchange PlayBook” or “Advanced Exchange Service”) or when the exchange of the BlackBerry PlayBook (or parts thereof) are provided under this Agreement, Your BlackBerry PlayBook or Your BlackBerry PlayBook parts received by RIM or RIM’s authorized service provider become the property of RIM and the Advanced Exchange PlayBook or BlackBerry PlayBook parts sent to You by RIM or RIM’s authorized service provider become Yours.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF NONCONFORMING WORK If the Owner prefers to accept Work that is not in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, the Owner may do so instead of requiring its removal and correction, in which case the Contract Sum will be reduced as appropriate and equitable. Such adjustment shall be effected whether or not final payment has been made.

  • Nonconforming Work 23.1.1 Developer shall promptly remove from Premises all Work identified by District as failing to conform to the Contract Documents whether incorporated or not. Developer shall promptly replace and re-execute its own Work to comply with the Contract Documents without additional expense to the District and shall bear the expense of making good all work of other contractors destroyed or damaged by any removal or replacement pursuant hereto and/or any delays to the District or other contractors caused thereby.

  • Outage Repair Standard In the event of an outage or trouble in any Service being provided by a Party hereunder, the Providing Party will follow Verizon’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.

  • Maintenance & Repairs 5.1 Lessee shall at all times be responsible for maintaining at its own expense the leased premises in a clean, orderly and safety condition, except as hereinafter provided. Lessee shall be responsible, at its own expense, to clean and maintain all trade fixtures, machinery and equipment furnished by Lessee within the leased premises. Lessee shall be responsible to deposit normal office waste and rubbish at a location at the Central School as designated by Lessor.

  • MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, OR ALTERATIONS The Tenant shall, at their own expense and at all times, maintain premises in a clean and sanitary manner, and shall surrender the same at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. The Tenant may not make any alterations to the leased premises without the consent in writing of the Landlord. The Landlord shall be responsible for repairs to the interior and exterior of the building. If the Premises includes a washer, dryer, freezer, dehumidifier unit and/or air conditioning unit, the Landlord makes no warranty as to the repair or replacement of units if one or all shall fail to operate. The Landlord will place fresh batteries in all battery-operated smoke detectors when the Tenant moves into the premises. After the initial placement of the fresh batteries it is the responsibility of the Tenant to replace batteries when needed. A monthly "cursory" inspection may be required for all fire extinguishers to make sure they are fully charged.

  • Cost of Repairs 54.1 Loss or damage to the Works or Materials to be incorporated in the Works between the Start Date and the end of the Defects Correction periods shall be remedied by the Contractor at the Contractor's cost if the loss or damage arises from the Contractor's acts or omissions.

  • Punchlist Upon completion of the Performance Tests and prior to Substantial Completion of a Subproject, Owner and Contractor shall inspect the Subproject, and Contractor shall prepare a proposed Punchlist of items identified as needing to be completed or corrected as a result of such inspection. Contractor shall promptly provide the proposed Punchlist to Owner for its review, together with an estimate of the time and cost necessary to complete or correct each Punchlist item. Contractor shall add to the proposed Punchlist any Punchlist items that are identified by Owner within ten (10) Days after Owner’s receipt of the proposed Punchlist from Contractor, and Contractor shall immediately initiate measures to complete or correct, as appropriate, any item on Contractor’s proposed Punchlist (including those items identified by Owner during Owner’s review) that are not of a Punchlist nature. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Contractor and Owner are not required as a condition of Substantial Completion of a Subproject to agree upon and identify every Punchlist item and include it on the Punchlist, but Contractor is required to complete as a condition of Substantial Completion of such Subproject that does not meet the definition of Punchlist as provided in Section 1.1. In the event of a dispute regarding whether a specific item of Work meets the definition of Punchlist under Section 1.1, the Parties shall resolve such dispute in accordance with Section 18.1A. Owner shall provide Contractor with access to the Work after Substantial Completion of a Subproject sufficient to enable Contractor to complete all Punchlist items, so long as such access does not unreasonably interfere with operation of a Subproject after Substantial Completion of the Subproject or the Existing Facility and subject to any reasonable security or safety requirements of Owner. Upon Contractor’s completion or correction of any items necessary to achieve Substantial Completion of a Subproject, as modified by any Owner additions, such Punchlist shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Punchlist items up to Final Completion. All Work on the Punchlist shall be completed by the date required for Final Completion, as specified in Section 5.3C, or Owner may, in addition to any other rights that it may have under this Agreement, complete such Punchlist Work at the expense of Contractor. In the event Owner elects to complete such Punchlist Work, Contractor shall pay Owner, within ten (10) Days after receipt of written notice from Owner, all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Owner in performing such Punchlist Work, or, at Owner’s sole discretion, Owner may withhold or offset amounts owed to Contractor or collect on the Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 7.8 in the amount of such costs and expenses. Any Defective Work identified after agreement between the Parties of the Punchlist shall be corrected by Contractor as a Warranty item under Article 12.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
