Request for Transfer Between School Years. A teacher's request for transfer from one school to another shall be made on a form readily available on the District’s website and located in the teacher collective bargaining agreement Appendix B. The transfer request (i.e. voluntary, energy) will be submitted to Human Resource Services. The Human Resource Services Division will prepare a master list of all teachers seeking transfers and distribute this list with the teachers' preferences to all principals and the Association for their review and consideration. Placement on the list does not guarantee a transfer. It is the responsibility of the teacher to notify the principals where vacancies exist in order to be considered for the vacancy. The transfer will be subject to approval by the District Certification/NCLB Compliance Department.
